    A. Person Responsibile for Processing Users’ Data

    B. Purposes for Collecting the Data We Request

    Via Application Form: To provide users with a means by which they can contact Spainwise, to answer users’ requests for information, and to communicate with users about our products, services and activities, including by electronic means (email, SMS, WhatsApp), if the user ticks ‘accept’.

    Via e-mail: Purpose: To reply to users’ requests for information, respond to other requests, and answer users’ questions. In the event of receiving a user’s personal and educational information, this information may be added to our databases in order for the user to participate in our present and future course application processes.

    C. Lawful Basis for Collecting the Date We Request

    Via Application Form: The user’s consent on requesting information from us via our application form and ticking the box accepting the sending of information.

    Via E-mail: The user’s consent on requesting information via an e-mail address or sending us their information in order to participate in our course application processes.

    D. Storage of the Date We Request

    Via Application Form: When the request via our application form has been responded to, and in the event of the user having agreed to being sent commercial communications, we will store the data provided until we receive a request to unsubscribe from our communications.

    Via E-mail: Until a user’s request via email has been responded to, unless a new processing of data has been generated. On receipt of an enquiry about a course, a user’s data can be stored for a maximum of one year in order to participate in future course application processes.

    E. Obligation to Provide Spainwise with Personal Data

    In order to provide personal data users are required to be at least 14 years old, or when applicable, have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract. The personal data Spainwise requests is necessary in order to manage users’ requests, register them as users and/or provide the services which users may contract. If, therefore, users do not provide Spainwise with this information, Spainwise will not be able to attend users correctly or provide users with the service they have requested.

    In all cases, Spainwise reserves the right to decide whether to add users’ personal data and other information to Spainwise databases.

    F. Recipients of Users’ Data

    Spainwise treats users’ as confidential and will not released users’ data to third parties, unless Spainwise is legally obliged to do so.
