(a) Process the registration and the derived payment for Spainwise courses

(b) Send you information and communication with you about our products, services, and other items of interest, including through electronic means.

(c) Publication and promotion of organised activities/events through the use and publication of images (photographs and video) taken of the same, on all types of physical and/or digital media, including the notice boards on our premises, windows of our premises, events we organises, social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), our webpages and on social media (YouTube) and any historical record of courses, activities and events.

Legitimation: 

(a) Execution of contract (purchase and sale)

(b) Legitimate interest of the user

(c) Consent to the use and publication of the images for legitimate interests

Transfer of Data

Only for those necessary for the provision of the service and those legally provided for.

Conservation:

(a) During the validity of the service and, once it has finished, during the legal conservation period to meet any possible responsibilities

(b) Commercial communications: until the trainee/student requests their withdrawal

(c) Your image will be preserved as long as it is published in the media described and serves the purposes for which it was captured and published

Rights:

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as well as exercise your rights of access, rectification, blocking, portability and restriction at info@spainwise.net, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
